Shipping Policy

1. Free Delivery for Orders Over 50 €: We offer free standard delivery for all orders with a total value of 50 € or more. This offer is applicable to customers worldwide and will be automatically applied at checkout.

2. Drop Off Delivery (Selected areas in the Netherlands Only): For customers in selected areas Netherlands,  we provide a drop off delivery option available exclusively on Fridays. This service requires a minimum of 3 days' notice prior to the desired delivery date. A nominal fee of 2 € will be charged for this convenience. Please ensure that you place your order with sufficient time to meet the notice requirement.

3. Standard Delivery Charges: a. Rest of the World: For international orders outside of the European Union, a standard delivery charge of 18 € will be applied at checkout.

b. EU Delivery: For orders within the European Union (EU), a standard delivery charge of 15 € will be applied at checkout.

c. Netherlands - Orders Under 50 €: For orders with a total value under 50 € within the Netherlands, a standard delivery charge of 7 € will be applied at checkout.

4. Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times for drop off delivery will be in line with the chosen Friday delivery date and the 3-day notice period.

5. Order Processing and Tracking: Once your order is confirmed, our team will process it within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package has been dispatched. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your designated delivery address.

6. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Customs and Duties: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
